The Wagon and Horses is a Modern English Pub with Rooms and among Lancaster’s finest ‘local’ pubs. They asked us to help them with their marketing and then pretty quickly we saw they needed a brand refresh and a new website.
In developing the brand, the tone of voice we created was – best mates, likes a banter and a joke but always respectful and loyal. And that informed our photography, which was briefed as ‘Let’s see smiles, laughter and people. Show staff paying attention to all the little things that make it a personal experience, Show why it’s a home-from-home. Honest, friendly, down-to-earth. Great pub vibe’
If you like a pub where staff, know your name, where the beer is very good and the food is fresh and yummy, then we think you’ll love us. Our six cosy bedrooms are comfortable, decorated very tastefully with fine bed linen and designer bathrooms. Downstairs, the ancient snugs have been knocked through into one lovely space, and tables are laid for eating throughout. The pub is open all day so you can check in whenever you want, pop in for a coffee or one of our real ales and chill out listening to our great background music. Lancaster is close to wonderful walking country and the beach, and The Lake District is only 30 minutes drive away.
